We strive to create plans that reflect your dreams and visions for your home or office project. Everything we do is fully customized to your ideas, the natural aesthetics of your land, and the requirements as set forth through a HOA or governmental regulations.

The first step to conceptualizing your project is to set up a consultation with Roger Blake, principal architect and owner of Blake Architects, to discuss your property and the vision you have for your project. Roger will then take your thoughts and merge them with his own expertise to quickly create a floor plan. You will then meet personally several times to tweak your floor plan, develop your exterior elevations, determine the positioning of your structure on your lot, and finally determine the locations of lighting and electrical fixtures.

Throughout the entire process, whether your project is residential or commercial, government and neighborhood regulations will be observed and all necessary steps will be taken to ensure your project meets all requirements.
